If there’s one thing you should do in Milan, it is qc terme! I was honestly so shocked at how much there was to do at the spa. There are indoor and outdoor areas both with relaxing rooms and saunas. There’s even a Tram Sauna which is a bio-sauna built in a historic tram. But my favorite part was definitely on the basement floor with their cinematic pool room that simulates a thunderstorm. It was such a multi-sensory and immersive experience that you just have to witness for yourself ⛈️
