How a spa uses its spas.best page
A practical guide for spas, salons and wellness practices: what to put on the page, where to share the address, and how to keep the guests who come back.
A spas.best page is one address for everything a guest looks for before and after a visit: the booking, the treatment menu, the gift cards, the phone number, the way there, every channel the spa runs. This guide goes through it in the order a spa or salon sets it up. The short version of how it works is on How it works; what each plan includes is on Pricing.
What to put on the page
The rows most spas and salons need, in the order guests use them.
Book a treatment
The link to the booking calendar you already use, first on the page, so the guest who has decided books straight away.
The treatment menu
Every treatment, how long it takes and what it costs, in your own words — a page of your site or a PDF of the menu.
Gift cards
The voucher shop you already sell through. Somebody looking for a present should reach it in one tap.
Call or message
The phone number and the messaging app reception answers, for the questions a booking form cannot take.
Find us
A map link, the opening hours and the practical things: parking, the entrance, what to bring.
The team
Your therapists, stylists or practitioners, and what each one does — the reason many guests choose you.
Packages and memberships
Spa days, couples' rituals, courses of treatments, a membership if you offer one.
Before and after
What to know before a first visit, and the aftercare guide for after it.
Your channels
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook: every account the spa runs, once each.
Reviews and newsletter
The review profiles you answer, and the sign-up for your mailing list.
There is no limit on the number of rows on any plan, so the page can carry everything — but a short page with the booking on top works harder than a long one. More on rows on All your links in one place.
Setting it up, step by step
An afternoon's work, most of it deciding what goes first.
Claim the name
Take spas.best/yourname — the spa's or salon's name, as guests say it. It is free on every plan.
Describe the spa
Write two or three sentences about the spa and what you want on the page. With Prompt It (Pro and Premium) the page is laid out from that description; you can also add and order the rows yourself.
Put the booking first
Order the rows the way a guest decides: book, the menu, gift cards, contact, then everything else.
Share one address everywhere
Use the same address on every profile, in every email and on everything printed.
Invite guests to Super Follow
At reception after the treatment, in the booking confirmation, on the appointment card: one tap and they follow the spa's own address.
Prompt It is described on Your hub, in one prompt: ten prompts a month on Pro, twenty-five on Premium.
Where to share the address
The same address everywhere, so every road leads to one page.
Every social profile
The website field of each account the spa runs, so every profile leads to the same page.
The Google Business Profile
Its website field, if your booking page is not already there.
Email
Staff signatures, the booking confirmation and the reminder before an appointment.
Print
Gift vouchers, appointment cards, the treatment menu, the reception desk and the mirror — as a QR code or written out.
Out loud
On the phone and at the desk: an address that is the spa's name is one people remember.
Keeping the guests who come back
Super Follow, private links and messages, in a spa's year.
Super Follow is the button on every spas.best page, on every plan. A guest who taps it follows the spa's own address rather than an account inside a platform, so the list of people who want to hear from you stays with the spa. Ask for it when guests are most relaxed: at reception after a treatment, and in the booking confirmation. See Super Follow.
Private links, from Pro, are rows that stay shut until a guest Super Follows, and open for them when they do: a treatment kept for regulars, a code for the next booking, the date the gift cards for the holidays go on sale. See Private links.
Messages, on Premium, reach every Super Follower in their super box, with no feed ranking them: the new season's treatments, a reminder before Mother's Day or the holidays that gift cards are on sale, a slot that has just opened. You can also write a welcome — a code, a link or a thank-you — that is sent automatically to everyone who Super Follows. Use messages as a good receptionist would: rarely, and only for news a guest would want. See Send messages.
When to move to your own address
spas.best/yourname, then yourspa.spas.best.
spas.best/yourname is free forever. From Pro, the page moves up to an address of its own, yourspa.spas.best: shorter to say, and it reads as the spa's address rather than a page on ours. Pro also removes the hub's branding, lets you set your own template and colours, and adds first-party click analytics, so you can see which rows guests actually use — the booking, the menu or the gift cards. Premium adds the certified badge, so guests can tell your page from one set up in your name by someone else. See Your spa. At the Best address.
